| Success!!!!!!!! We had such a giggle when, as I was taking a photo of the egg on the bench, it slid onto the floor! I love cooking with the kids! |

Rofl, been there - done that. Well, watched it done! Sit the cup in a bowl. Even if it doesn't catch all the egg it stops most of it from migrating to the floor. Hope the cooking went well :).

Oh you crack me up!! You are certainly a very placid mama to laugh about egg-on-floor! And I just realised that was another pun - I love them!!
Robyn, that is SUCH a clever but simple idea! Feel silly for not having thought of it myself seeing I'm a mother of five. That being said, I think there is a lot of truth in learning by your mistakes. Bet he's more careful now he knows what the outcome can be!!!
Evi I had to laugh at your comment and pun! I'm placid on a good day but on a bad day WATCH OUT! And I guarantee you wouldn't find me cooking with the kids on a bad day! Did you notice there was already a tea towel dropped on the floor? What a stroke of luck.
